Trevor Spelman

Bio

Trevor Spelman is a Ph.D. candidate in the Management & Organizations department at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. Trevor uses experimental, survey, and archival research methodology to study topics related to conflict resolution, confidence and humility in judgment and decision-making, and intergroup dynamics. His dissertation research explores how social and psychological factors influence dissent within groups.

Trevor completed his B.A. at Butler University in 2016 with a double major in Psychology and Philosophy. Prior to graduate school, Trevor worked as a Research Associate at Harvard Business School from 2017-2020.

In his free time, Trevor enjoys backpacking trips, playing the piano, and exploring new places and cultures.
